Shop Permits

Once you're ready to set up a shop in the shopping district, you will need to visit the bank in order to purchase a "Shop Permit". This gives you permission to own a specific amount of land in either the Upper Shopping District, or the Lower Shopping District. If more land is needed for your shop, there are also "Expansion Permits" that can extend your claim if you need more space.

Upper District Permit

Allows you to build a shop in the Upper Shopping District

• $2000
• 100 Blocks Floor Space(plus minus a few)
• Max 400 Blocks Floor Space with Expansions
• 9 Blocks Minimum between shops for paths
• Please display in your shop somewhere so we know you paid

Lower District Permit

Allows you to build a shop in the Lower Shopping District

• $1000
• 100 Blocks Floor Space(plus minus a few)
• Max 200 Blocks Floor Space with Expansions
• 5 Blocks Minimum between shops for paths
• Max height of 18 blocks
• Please display in your shop somewhere so we know you paid

Expansion Permit

Expands your land claim by 100 Blocks total

• $1000
• 100 Blocks Additional Floor Space
• Please display in your shop somewhere so we know you paid
